Phapa ensures that the various government schemes that are launched almost every month must reach the daily wage earners and eventually the entire unorganized sector. This program comprises of medical assistance, pension, insurance, and micro-financing. Some of the schemes are as follows

Construction workers: Karnataka Construction Welfare Board Benefits
Its benefits include employment and service conditions for daily wage earners like construction workers covering their basic needs like safety, health, and welfare. These also include maternity benefits, marriage benefits, and much more.

Non contracted workers
For non contracted workers, Phapa utilizes central government funded schemes ranging from subsidies to Insurance to Pension schemes to ensure all round cover for the workers
